Our MDG hero is Inalegwu Frank Uji who has been active in HIV/AIDS program within our community.He advocated for the training of some prison officers on HIV/AIDS peer education in otukpo prison with support from parthfinder internation/DFID and PPFN.

Inalegwu Frank Uji was the first to organise World AIDS Day in Otukpo prison with activities like quiz, essay compettition among inmates. The 1st local coordinator for candle light memorial in Otukpo,

He has been volunteering his services within the community and also founded an NGO (society for Life and Human Development Initiative)that support youth project management training, and skills in computer at low cost.

As a reformer, he is humane and help improving the capacity of inmates.
